Transmission 115: The code

Let it be your compass for the day.

- - - - - GREETINGS, EARTHLING - - - - -

For the last two weeks, I’ve been transmitting the Earthling Code.

Ten quiet truths.
Not commandments.
Not laws.
Just reminders, in case someone, someday, needs them.

I’ve always wanted to create something like this.
A compact guide for staying human.
Something you could carry in your mind or heart.
Bookmark on your device.
Or even tape to your fridge.
(I’ve also added it to the links section below)

The codes follow the rhythm of a human life.
Not a timeline exactly, but a pattern.
From the first breath to the final bow.
They overlap, repeat, loop.
And they’re meant to be revisited often.

You already know these things.
But in the noise of life, you forget.
We all do.

So if you’re feeling lost, scattered, out of touch…
Return to the code.
Pick one at random.
Let it be your compass for the day.
Your gentle focus.
Your cue to remember who you are.

The North Star.

Bright. Fixed. Steady.

You call it Polaris.
Some of your Indigenous peoples call it the home star.

In their teachings, it holds still
while the rest of the stars wheel around it.
A celestial anchor.
A sign of origin and return.

To them, it means home.
Not a place,
but a knowing.
A direction to follow when you feel lost.

Wherever you go on Earth,
no matter how far you wander,
you’re still under the same light.

Still guided.
Still connected.

From where I am,
I can just barely see it.
But it’s nice to know you’re all under it too.

Greetings, Earthling is a free daily newsletter designed to help you slow down, feel better, and start your mornings with a sense of meaning. Written from the perspective of a curious space observer named NeilA, each transmission blends mindfulness, motivation, and emotional insight with a hint of cosmic wonder.

Inspired by Stoic philosophy, Tao, Alan Watts, behavioural science, and the strange beauty of being human, these messages offer gentle reminders to live with purpose, pay attention, and appreciate the little things. Part alien wisdom, part self-help, part poetic dispatch, it’s a daily pick-me-up disguised as a transmission from the stars.

If you’re looking for a mindful routine, a feel-good newsletter, or thoughtful guidance that fits in your inbox, you’re in the right place. This is for anyone who wants to be more present, more kind, and more connected to yourself, to others, and to the universe around you.

If this helped, pass it along. Or send them here. Signals get stronger when more receivers are tuned in.

Thank you for reading. Your presence means more than you know.
