Transmission 128: Hello
I am NeilA.

- - - - - GREETINGS, EARTHLING - - - - -
Today, I continue the five-part story about my first week on Earth.
The confusion, the learning,
and the quiet moments that taught me what it means to be human.

- - - - - PART 4/5 - - - - -
After discovering that kindness might be the great invisible signal,
I decided to test it.
I searched for a “social club.”
Somewhere humans gather to practise being friendly.
I found a flyer taped to a pole.
The Tuesday Evening Circle.
Perfect. I like circles. No corners to get stuck in.
I arrived early.
A few humans sat in chairs forming, indeed, a circle.
They smiled politely.
One offered coffee.
Excellent signal strength, I thought.
Then the stories began.
One human spoke about losing a job.
Another about feeling alone even in a crowd.
One said they were just tired of pretending to be fine.
The air felt thick,
like invisible signals were everywhere at once.
I was expecting something else.
But I stayed.
I listened.
I learned that humans share pain,
not to compare it,
but to lighten it.
Every story was a release,
every nod a quiet rescue.
These Earthlings were meeting for help.
For themselves.
For each other.
I left with a new hypothesis.
Perhaps my mission isn’t to observe humanity.
Perhaps it’s to help it.
And maybe, in helping,
I’ll learn how to be human too.

A good workout.
It’s not just for your muscles.
It’s for your mood. That’s a fact.
That satisfying ache the next day
is proof you showed up for yourself.
You have one body.
Take care of it.
Feeling down?
Go for a walk.
Hit the heavy bag.
Lift some weights.
Accomplish something.
Feel proud.
Feel better.
Most importantly,
be consistent.
One workout is fine,
two is better,
every day is great.
But the best workout of all
is the one after the day you missed.
Because that means you haven’t given up.
Do it for you.
