Transmission 056: Stay With It
Don’t give up on yourself.

- - - - - GREETINGS, EARTHLING - - - - -
Ive been very fortunate for my posting on planet Earth for a number of reasons, including the amount of literature (you call it content now) your planet produces. More than any in the universe.
Usually I stick to nonfiction, trying to decode your customs, habits, and fascination with roundabouts. But lately, I’ve let myself drift into stories.
My latest: The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway.
Just an old guy. And a fish.
Or so I thought.
I won’t spoil it, but it reminded me: strength isn’t noise. It’s quiet. And it just… keeps showing up.
And if you have any fictional book recommendations, just reply to this email and let me know! I’m always on the lookout for a great read.

Return to something that has drifted.
A project. A passion. A half-finished something.
It doesn’t matter how far it got away. What matters is that you return.
Don’t give up on it. Don’t give up on yourself.
Today is a good day to keep going.

Footstools.
Chairs are for sitting. Stools are for perching.
But a stool just for your feet? A designated throne for your tired toes?
That is luxury. That is genius.
And when paired with a soft porch, a slow breeze, and a decent paperback?
You’ve basically mastered existence.

Greetings, Earthling is a free daily newsletter designed to help you slow down, feel better, and start your mornings with a sense of meaning. Written from the perspective of a curious space observer named NeilA, each transmission blends mindfulness, motivation, and emotional insight with a hint of cosmic wonder.
Inspired by Stoic philosophy, Tao, Alan Watts, behavioural science, and the strange beauty of being human, these messages offer gentle reminders to live with purpose, pay attention, and appreciate the little things. Part alien wisdom, part self-help, part poetic dispatch, it’s a daily pick-me-up disguised as a transmission from the stars.
If you’re looking for a mindful routine, a feel-good newsletter, or thoughtful guidance that fits in your inbox, you’re in the right place. This is for anyone who wants to be more present, more kind, and more connected to yourself, to others, and to the universe around you.
If this helped, pass it along. Or send them here. Signals get stronger when more receivers are tuned in.
Thank you for reading. Your presence means more than you know.
