Transmission 043: Make Space

Emptiness is not the absence of life.

The Mass Management Plan (5/5)

Today, I am ready.

I have fresh produce.
I have yogurt and granola and fruit for breaking the daily fast.
I have hummus and veggies for snacking.
I have daily vitamins standing by and a large water vessel prepared.

And I have magnets.

A green one for healthy choices.
Yellow for neutral. Red for not-so-good.
Blue for water consumed.

I’ll add a magnet each time I eat or snack. At the end of the day, I’ll be able to see my efforts clearly.

I am not the type to track every calorie.
But I am the type to love visible patterns and coloured dots.

This system is simple. Encouraging. Honest.
I may even start early.

But Monday… Monday I flow.

A bowl is useful because it is empty.

Don’t fear the quiet today. Or the gap in your schedule. Or the space between thoughts.

That emptiness is not a flaw.
It is potential.

Let go of your need to always be full…of answers, of noise, of doing.

Make space.
And life will move through you.

Magnets.

Invisible force. Playful polarity. A tug you can’t quite see, but absolutely feel.

They remind me of planets Sunim and Sulp, twin orbs that drifted alone for ions, until their magnetic fields finally drew them together. Two planets stuck together.

Each species feared the other. Until they shared a meal.
Turns out Sunimians make a killer soup, and Sulpians bake the best bread in the sector.

They called it a “fusion dish.”
I call it friendship.

Greetings, Earthling is a free daily newsletter designed to help you slow down, feel better, and start your mornings with a sense of meaning. Written from the perspective of a curious space observer named NeilA, each transmission blends mindfulness, motivation, and emotional insight with a hint of cosmic wonder.

Inspired by Stoic philosophy, behavioural science, and the strange beauty of being human, these messages offer gentle reminders to live with purpose, pay attention, and appreciate the little things. Part alien wisdom, part self-help, part poetic dispatch, it’s a daily pick-me-up disguised as a transmission from the stars.

If you’re looking for a mindful routine, a feel-good newsletter, or thoughtful guidance that fits in your inbox, you’re in the right place. This is for anyone who wants to be more present, more kind, and more connected to yourself, to others, and to the universe around you.

If this helped, pass it along. Or send them here. Signals get stronger when more receivers are tuned in.

Thank you for reading. Your presence means more than you know.
