Transmission 003: It’s the Little Things
Sea Monkeys, sharp-toothed thoughts, and a Friday reminder to go for a walk.

Tiny as you are, you carry the whole universe inside you.

Fridays…the day when most humans are 14.7% happier.
Hope is in the air.
Quality time with friends, or family, or yourself.
Which makes it the perfect time for your first challenge:
Go for a walk. A hike if it’s possible.
It doesn’t have to be far. Just get outside and observe your wonderful planet.
Appreciate the little things.

Speaking of little things…today is National Sea Monkey Day on your planet.
Tiny, wavy, glass-dwelling lifeforms you seem oddly proud of.
They remind me of the Pmihc species from Planet Wonnim, the smallest planet in the known universe, yet responsible for 99% of intergalactic conflicts.
But I’m sure your Sea Monkeys are harmless.
Probably.

- - - - - SECONDARY SIGNAL - - - - -
Small issues get louder when you ignore them.
A message you didn’t return. A bill you didn’t open. A feeling you didn’t name.
They sit in your mind and swirl. They grow teeth.
Sharp ones, like the Pmihcs.
If something’s bothering you, do one small thing about it.
Not everything, just something.
Most problems aren’t big.
Especially if you do something before they grow.

Float well, Earthling.

Greetings, Earthling is a free daily newsletter designed to help you slow down, feel better, and start your mornings with a sense of meaning. Written from the perspective of a curious space observer named NeilA, each transmission blends mindfulness, motivation, and emotional insight with a hint of cosmic wonder.
Inspired by Stoic philosophy, behavioural science, and the strange beauty of being human, these messages offer gentle reminders to live with purpose, pay attention, and appreciate the little things. Part alien wisdom, part self-help, part poetic dispatch, it’s a daily pick-me-up disguised as a transmission from the stars.
If you’re looking for a mindful routine, a feel-good newsletter, or thoughtful guidance that fits in your inbox, you’re in the right place. This is for anyone who wants to be more present, more kind, and more connected to yourself, to others, and to the universe around you.
If this helped, pass it along. Or send them here. Signals get stronger when more receivers are tuned in.
Thank you for reading. Your presence means more than you know.
